Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted for store credit only. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date.

Items must be returned with a packing slip inside. Order # is needed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at saddleupvaquera@gmail.com. Please note as soon as your return is received and approved your store credit will be issued. 

You will be responsible for shipping, we do not offer return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If item is accepted and approved you will receive an email with approval and digital store credit GC (shipping return fee included, only with approval).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please note that each handbags shading, hair, length and color maybe slightly different then in our pictures. Note that real genuine suede leather (if tinted) might have some discoloration the first time of being worn. This does not mean the item is damaged and will not be taken as a return. We ask that you embrace the beauty of each of our bags craftsmanship.   


Non-returnable items

No returns on any jewelry, swimwear, headwear, sale items or worn footwear. 

All sale items are final sale.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us upon receiving  your item. We cannot guarantee we will have the same item in stock. Your store credit can be used on any other item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in the amount of store credit only.
